Shipping and Processing Time
To deliver your handmade creation, I use USPS or UPS as the main shipping companies. Unfortunately, I don't have control of the packages once it leaves my shop. However, if you have any issues with delivery, please reach out and I will try to help you solve the issue.
The majority of my items are personalized and/or made to order, and therefore I don't accept returns. If you have an issue upon your order arrival, please send me an email or message and we can discuss your options.

My name is Thatiany (nickname Thaty) and I have an entrepreneurial spirit who have dabbed in other businesses before, but have always loved creating as an artistic outlet. I'm happily married and a mom of two energetic boys. I'm also a pediatric physical therapist. At the end of 2021, I decided to start Creations by Thaty as a way to take care of my mental health by sharing my creations and passion for crafting with others.

Such great customer service! My son broke the little wooden piece that holds the jar and I reached out to the seller she got back so fast and shipped a replacement piece out the next day! The cutest little door hanger and makes tooth fairying easy!♥️
